A flat freight fee of $1000 applies to transport of the caravan from our production facility to your selected Ezytrail showroom or collection location nationwide. Some remote and regional locations, including Townsville, may incur an additional freight charge due to transport distance.
Please note that Ezytrail does not offer direct delivery of caravans to residential addresses, as all customer collections require an official handover process to be completed by our team at an authorised location.
Please also note that estimated delivery dates are not confirmed dates. From time to time, delays outside of Ezytrail’s control may impact production, freight, or handover scheduling. These may include supplier delays, public holidays, weather events, port closures, cultural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, we recommend customers do not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements based on estimated delivery timeframes.
Warranty
All Ezytrail caravans come with a 12-month warranty for first-time owners, which covers the manufacturing and/or materials of the structure of the caravan.
