How soon can I have my caravan?

You can generally expect delivery within three months of the deposit being received.

Please note: Your estimated delivery date is not a confirmed date. Occasionally, delays are unavoidable for the build process and handover date. These may include delays with third party suppliers, significant cultural events, public holidays, extreme weather events, national or international covid lockdowns or port closures. We advise not to make non-refundable plans based on this date.

How do I buy a caravan online?

You can secure your caravan online by paying a $1,000 holding fee. Once received, our team will be in touch within one business day to process your order. Note that the online payment is only for the holding fee. The order is only confirmed once paperwork is signed and your holding fee is then put towards a 10% non-refundable deposit. The 10% deposit is taken from the total caravan cost includes dealer delivery and on roads costs. If you have any questions, please reach out to your local showroom and they will be happy to support you.

My caravan is ready! What is the handover / pick-up process?

When your purchase arrives, it will have one final inspection from our quality assurance team, then a member of our team will contact you to organise a specific date and time for collection.

You are welcome to contact your showroom of purchase at any stage to check your build progress. Any major date changes or delays will be advised by your Sales Representative.

The handover process will take approximately one hour. In this time an Ezytrail staff member will show you through your purchase, explain its functions, electrical and operational systems. If you purchase a camper you will be shown how to open and close your new purchase and how to set up the main tent.

*Please be advised that your delivery date is an estimate only and is subject to change.

Does the price include registration & on-road costs?

The advertised prices on our website do not include registration or on road costs, as these costs can vary from state to state. Contact your nearest showroom for a quote on these costs in your state.

Do you have finance options available?

Yes! We have finance available via our partner NLF. Visit NLF for more information.

What are your showroom opening hours?

Opening hours vary across our branches and dealers. To find your local branch’s opening hours please visit our locations page.

What is the minimum deposit I need to place an order?

We require a minimum deposit of 10% of your order’s total value to put your purchase into production. Get in touch with your nearest Showroom for more details.

How do I register my Ezytrail purchase?

Each state has different registration requirements. Check with your local state authority or call your nearest Ezytrail branch office for details.

Will my car be able to tow the camper or caravan I am interested in?

Most likely, yes! We have models within our large range of caravans to suit many cars, SUVs and 4WDs on the market. If you have any questions or concerns, drop in to one of our showrooms or give our friendly and knowledgeable staff a call.

I'm not sure how my new Ezytrail model works. How can I learn?

Please check out our Owners Hub, where you can download Ezytrail Owners Manuals.

You will also find many informative ‘how to’ videos on our YouTube channel.

    What’s covered by Ezytrail’s warranty?

Your warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing or materials of the structure of the Camper or Caravan.

What’s not covered by Ezytrail’s warranty?
    • Fair wear and tear of the Camper or Caravan and its components, or replacement of any consumable items such as brake linings, magnets, tyres, wheel alignment, bearings and bearing seals.
    • Damage or loss of function incurred to any part of the Camper or Caravan because of events that occur after you take possession of the Camper or Caravan.
    • The zips and mesh on any part of your Ezytrail product.

Please note, this warranty is not a replacement for insurance. For more information on the warranty for your specific model, head to our owner’s hub on our website or get in touch via email, phone or in-store.

What is ‘fair wear and tear’?

Wear and tear involves the eventual wearing out of parts to the point where they no longer work, as well as such things as scuffing, scratching or discolouration that would predictably occur over time when the vehicle is used normally.

Do your models come with a warranty?

They sure do! Any of our caravans and campers purchased directly through an Ezytrail branch or authorised dealership come with a 12 month warranty, provided you’re a first-time owner. We also offer a lifetime warranty on our chassis and drawbar for models with an F5 chassis, plus a five year warranty on models with an F3 chassis.

How do I make a warranty claim?

It’s easy. Simply head to the ‘Warranty’ section under the ‘Support’ tab on our website, fill out the warranty form, and one of our friendly staff will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

My warranty claim was denied. What can I do?

Our friendly team will get in touch to let you know why your claim was denied, and offer you some alternative options.

Your claim may have been denied because we haven’t received correct or sufficient information about your claim or situation.

If you believe that the outcome of your claim was made in error or if you wish to provide supplementary information after receiving an initial response, please contact your local branch and explain the basis on which you believe there was a mistake and/or the additional information that you believe we should consider. This information will then be passed on to our warranty team. Please note that providing us with additional information may not change the outcome of the claim.

Can I organise my own courier company to deliver my modelto a specific showroom?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll just need to notify the team member handling your purchase and the team at the showroom you’ll be collecting your model from.

    How does delivery work?

As soon as your final payment has cleared, you can expect the item to be shipped up to five days later, then delivered to a showroom for you to collect. This way, our friendly team can finalise the handover process in-store.

Do you sell spare parts for caravans?

We sure do! Head to our ‘Spare Parts’ page on our website, which is located under the ‘owners hub’ tab.

How do I find and order spare parts?

Once you’re on the ‘Spare Parts’ page, you’ll find an easy online form. Simply fill it out and tell us about the part you’re looking for. If you can attach a photo of the part, it would make our job of locating it even easier.

Please note that we keep limited replacement parts in stock. If your requested part isn’t in stock, it may need to be ordered from overseas and therefore take longer to deliver. If your spare part isn’t available or discontinued, we’ll do our best to suggest an alternative for you.

Does my model need regular servicing?

Yes. Just like a car or truck, your Ezytrail model has many moving parts that can wear and break down over time. Therefore, maintenance is essential.

Key parts such as your running gear (suspension, wheels, tyres, and brakes) require regular upkeep, while consumable parts (bearings, seals, and brake magnets) require occasional replacement.

We highly recommend that other parts of your Ezytrail model, such as external seals for hatches, doors, and windows; plumbing and gas fixtures; electrical connections, and safety components, are all given regular maintenance checks to ensure their safety and proper function.

All new Ezytrail models come with a maintenance schedule to help you stay on top of your servicing. Sticking to this schedule will not only ensure that your vehicle is covered by our warranty policy, but it’ll also keep you and your family safe on your camping adventures.

Your first service is at 3 months or 1000 km (whichever comes first). If the first trip in your new model is likely to exceed 1000 km, this service should be done beforehand.

Below is an example of a servicing schedule. Schedules can vary between models, so make sure you head to our Owners Hub to check the schedule for your model. If your model doesn’t come with a servicing schedule, reach out to our friendly team for advice.
