JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer support via phone, email, and social media.
- Monitoring and overseeing the Live Chat function on our website, providing real-time support to customers.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and website navigation.
- Assigning incoming enquiries to correct stores across Australia.
- Coordinating with Customer Service Representatives and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
- Accurately process spare parts orders, including picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Keep a thorough understanding of the spare parts inventory and manage updates.

- Adhering to company policies and procedures to meet and exceed customer expectations.
